Barry Flanigan

About Barry

Barry Flanigan was raised in suburban Philadelphia and got his taste for salt water as a young boy in Ocean City New Jersey. He has since spent a lifetime either on, in or near the water. Barry moved to Fort Lauderdale in the 1970's where he met and married his wife, Kathi. Barry is a current, long-time member and former Chairman of the Marine Advisory Board to the City of Fort Lauderdale. This enables him to be up close and personal in the decision making process concerning the marine industry. Barry is also a current member of the Winterfest Board of Directors and previously served on the Beach Redevelopment Board in Fort Lauderdale. Barry has a passion for the yachting industry and continues his pursuit of personal knowledge of boats and yachts.
