STABILISATION
Sidepower ‘Fin’ type digital stabilizer system (only available if 'hydraulic system' is also specified) This system is designed to provide complete roll control at speeds above 12 knots and significant roll reduction at lower speeds and at rest. Note: It is recommended that the standard 22.5Kw generator be increased to a 27.5Kw generator if fins are specified as the hydraulic power to the fins is provided by an electric motor when the main engines are not running ie for zero speed stabilisation
