Azimut 70' 10'' 68 Plus

2001 AZIMUT 68 PLUS | STELLA MIA

Presenting STELLA MIA, a beautifully maintained 2001 Azimut 68 Plus that combines timeless Italian styling, exceptional craftsmanship, and proven performance. Privately owned since new by the same family, this yacht has benefited from full-time professional crew, continuous maintenance, and operation from a single home port throughout her life.

Powered by twin MTU 12V 183 TE diesel engines rated at 1,150 HP each, STELLA MIA delivers the performance and reliability for which the Azimut 68 Plus is renowned. Recent mechanical inspections and compression testing completed in June 2026 confirmed strong and balanced readings across all cylinders on both main engines, with results significantly above minimum manufacturer specifications. According to the servicing technicians, the engines demonstrate excellent overall condition and are expected to provide an estimated 10–12 additional years of service life before major overhaul requirements, provided routine maintenance continues as scheduled.

The yacht features a spacious four-stateroom layout, offering comfortable accommodations for owners, family, and guests. Recent upgrades include new upholstery throughout the vessel and new carpeting, providing a fresh and updated interior appearance.

Generator systems have also undergone comprehensive inspection and servicing. The Onan generator was found to be in excellent operating condition, while the Kohler generator received preventive maintenance, including replacement of the front crankshaft seal, new drive belts, and upgrades to the seawater intake system. Both generators start immediately, operate smoothly under load, and fully support the yacht's AC electrical requirements.
