Accommodations

Fwd cabin offers 6' 2" headroom with a 6'4" V-berth.  Storage is in 2 flip-down cabinets and 2 drawers below the berth, on hull side shelves, and in a hanging locker, 2 drawers, and a cabinet aft to port.  An overhead opening hatch and screened opening ports to port and starboard let in natural light and air.  This cabin can be closed of with a door for privacy.Door has been removed.

Aft to stbd is the enclosed head with a door for privacy.  A 3rd door can be closed aft of the fwd cabin and head to close off this entire area for privacy.  Headroom in the head is 6'2", with a salt water manual MSD outboard.  Stainless steel sink provides hot and cold pressure fresh water, along with a foot pump that supplies manual water.  A shower head pulls out from the counter.  Storage is in a cabinet under the sink, in a flip-down cabinet behind the MSD, and behind hullside sliders with a shelf above.  A screened opening port provides ventilation.

Main salon offers 6'2" headroom with 6'4" settees to port and stbd.  Stbd settee pulls out to create a double berth.  A bulkhead mounted table folds out of the way when not in use and has a fold-out leaf that spans the cabin to seat 6 at mealtime.  Storage is in cubbies behind the settee backs, and in cabinets and shelves above the settees.  Natural air and light pour through an overhead opening hatch, 4 fixed cabin ports, and 2 screened opening ports.

Aft to port is the nav station with chart table that flips up with storage below.  Additional storage is in 3 drawers and a flip down cabinet below the chart table and behind hullside sliders with a shelf above.  Quarter berth is 6'5" long and is behind the nav station.  A screened opening port opens into the cockpit for ventilation and for communicating with the crew when taking shifts.

 2011 Upgrades/repairs

  • Repair exterior keel damage and keel joint
  • Repair cabin sole where opened to inspect for internal damage.  Non found.  Three new coats of satin varnish on entire sole.
  • Remove strut, replace cutlass and re-install strut with new bolts and nuts. Re-fair to hull
  • Replace antifreeze coolant tank assembly and replace manifold assembly, new exhaust elbow
  • Installed new scupper hose drains and hose
  • Grease and rebuilt scupper sea cocks
  • Install new water pump
  • Replace head intake sea cock
  • Replaced engine hoses associated with manifolld and cooling
  • Replaced alternator and sea frost belts
  • Pulled, cleaned and re-installed all chain plates and filled with epoxy
  • Remove and replace starboard chain plate knee braces and shelf
  • Re-tab with 3 layers of fiberglass
  • Install new cabinet linings

 2014 Upgrades/repairs

  • Replace head output sea cock
  • Identify and repair Sea Frost coolant leaks and replace coolant
  • Rebuild head pump
  • Install new Ray Marine Evolution auto pilot

 2015-18 Upgrades/repairs

  • New head and hoses
  • New mast and standing rigging
  • New Radar-Furuno 1623
  • New mast wiring for lights with internal conduit
  • New raw water pump
  • New head sink sea cock
  • Re-packed stuffing box
