Introduction

ELYSIUM I is a 109’10” (33.5m) performance-oriented raised pilothouse motor yacht from Riva, an excellent example of their successful 110 Dolcevita line and which has been maintained to an outstanding condition since new by her first and only owner. Built to commercial coding and having completed her five-year survey in 2024, she represents one of the most complete and market-ready examples of the model currently available.

Riva’s reputation for combining speed, luxury and engineering refinement is fully expressed in ELYSIUM I. Beneath the GRP skin of her superstructure sits a stainless-steel structural framework, allowing for exceptionally large main-deck windows with minimal vertical pillars. The result is a main salon flooded with natural light and uninterrupted sea views, more akin to a contemporary waterfront apartment than a traditional flybridge yacht.

High-gloss surfaces and a rigorously rectilinear layout enhance light and volume throughout the main salon, reinforcing the sense of openness created by the yacht’s distinctive glazing.

Accommodation is arranged for up to 11 guests across five cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and finished in striped tropical rosewood veneer, contrasting elegantly with white lacquer surfaces. Large windows, generous headroom, ample storage and a private en-suite create a calm and luxurious owner’s retreat. Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck, all comparable size and accessed from a central lobby. One cabin features sliding berths and an additional Pullman, providing flexibility for families or charter groups. Crew accommodation is arranged for five across three en-suite cabins, accessed discreetly via the galley.

On deck, the main aft deck offers a shaded formal dining area, while the flybridge is divided into multiple social zones, including an informal lounge aft, a central bar and a generous dining table. A large, fixed hardtop provides shade across most of the deck. Forward, the foredeck offers private seating ahead of the bridge and two separate sunbathing areas leading toward the bow. At anchor, the aft garage door converts into a substantial bathing platform, enhancing access to the water.

Built and maintained to commercial standards, equipped with zero-speed stabilizers and capable of reaching 26 knots, ELYSIUM I combines performance, luxury and charter capability in a way few yachts in her class can match.
